I love the bakaru pants, and own 3 pairs now. I only have one comment: the zipper could use some upgrading - it seems to be the weak link in an otherwise impeccably-made pair of trousers. The first zipper malfunctioned within a few weeks, and I had to have the zipper replaced (cost me $20), and the second one is going after 3-4 wears. The problem is, it seems to be a bit thin and flimsy, the zipper lug gets stuck a lot, and the zipper action is not so smooth. It won't always go up and down smoothly, and feels gritty and gets stuck a lot, on both the pairs I have worn. And I am shaped normally :) I haven't yet worn my brand-new 3rd pair. That being said, these are my favorite pants and I will likely get more in the future when these finally wear out. Thank you for an excellent product, and thank you also for asking me for my feedback.

Domo Arigato! Perfect fit!The felt lining was more than I expected. I even wore them outside in winter. They came in good time and I still use the bag for storage. I have been waiting and missized by Asian online orders before so I was wary, but the US location for some pieces and the accurate sizing recommendation were key winners this time around. The experience is like getting couture clothing at department store prices. I'm already eyeing my next purchases.

I love the cut of these pants. They fit well, are comfortable, and they look styling. The pockets are on the small side - my giant nordic hands don't really fit in the pockets. I did have a problem with a seam, but it was an easy fix here. I have 3 pairs of these now and they're in regular rotation.

I'm not sure where the "long leg" reviews come from. I'm 6' 185 and normally wear a 35 waist 31 length (I know... tough size) and their xl (m in japan) fits me SO perfectly- before having washed it. Perfect around the waist with no sagging but no need for a belt and sit just below my ankle bones and rest on the tops of my shoes. They're so comfortable that I'm scared to wash them because of the shrinking stories on here.

These pants are SUPER comfy. didn’t realize that they were double lined pants and honestly expected a rough material on the inside. Feels like a heavyweight gi imo but that feels great. very freeing pants, very flexible, and very comfortable. 10/10

i love this... quality not so great but for me its very nice to wear and comfortable and it looks good on any outdoor top. after a few wash the quality does deteriorate and really have to be very delicate on this material. i would love to purchase again hoping to try some of the product. sorry not to attach some pictures.

this model really fits my type of figure and is very nice, but i have to warn about material — it has warm layer. it’s neither good nor bad, just for information. and this layer holds the shape better, so pant leg isn’t just flowing down

not a fan of the material, but you get what you pay for. style and cut are cool. size is slightly too baggy on the hips. should have ordered a smaller size - i'm 5'9 and usually wear 30 or 31 size pants. these sag a bit too much. size i ordered is XL.
